Sublimation

To make
flags with the sublimation method, we are using a modern textile printer. When
using this technology, printing is performed with the digital model CMYK. Roll
width 150 cm, length – practically unlimited.

Flat plate
engraving (chalcography). The only one in Latvia.

This is a
type of corporate, national, and advertising flag printing, which employs
transfer of the image to the fabric. The printable and spacing elements are
arranged on one plate and differ in physical-chemical properties only. Fifty
percent of flags printed across the world are made with this printing method,
allowing to apply more colours onto the fabric and to obtain brighter and more
vibrant colours.

Screen printing
employs the material painting technology rather than applying the dye onto the
surface of material, thus ensuring an excellent high-quality and long lasting
result. Furthermore, only qualitative dyes are used to ensure high quality of
the products to be distributed.

guarantee a 100 % match according to the Pantone scale.

Material:
Polyester 120 g/m˛ – light material, resists strong impact of environmental
circumstances.

Flags are
finished with plastic carbines, flat clamps, metallic flaps or finishing bands.
Depending on the use, we can finish the flags with various edges, non-standard
use application is also possible. In the majority of cases, the flags are
finished with a double-seam along the edge using extra durability threads, and
a connecting band is sewn onto the side, where the flag is attached to the
pole. The flag finishing is one of the most important aspects; qualitative,
properly done edges are the guarantee for a longer life of the flag.
